I have something to say about all three of your Over The Years Eds Artworks...
The baby version of Edd and Eddy are both quite awesome, but with baby Edd's hair: it's quite similar to many hairs I gave him as a baby.. Baby Eddy is so cute, I remember toddler Eddy being cute!

I also enjoyed Ed after he was a toddler. I had An, Edd n Eddy 2008 concepts for Kindergarten versions of An, Edd n Eddy:
I did pretty much prefer my 2008 concepts rather that the other timelines because they're much cuter this way, but I would try to have An and Ed look like after-toddler Ed.
The timelines of The Ed Boys were still great! I'll be more happy to use them to help me with my concept in the future...
