DenNIM
The series about a young girl's abuse that spawned an awkward-looking imaginary friend. Follow the adventures of Mind and Dennim, as they.. play with toys. And possibly die.
It's a series with too many different endings and outcomes to the girl's suffering, but that's because there's too much left unsaid.

This submission stars a character that supposedly walks around in the DenNIM universe, but I haven't been able to give an official insertion.
I made up this goth boy somewhere in 2016, basically as a response to Mind having a boyfriend in certain realities, and generally being considered desirable by her surroundings; while Dennim's colour palette tends to make him look unappealing to any normal human being out there, despite having the same face. He doesn't make any friends, besides the girl, but that has also to do with his behaviour.
Anyway, I bothered to give this goth character a personality and a few story arcs, yet he still doesn't make an appearance in any of the alternate endings I wrote for this series. He never will, as he'll never be a main character or even important enough to mention in any of the other plots. I had to make these random comics, this character will never get an introduction otherwise.
This boy can only appear in an alternate reality where the two main characters have grown old, Dennim has turned real somehow, and he and Mind managed to set up some kind of life together. As friends or partners.
Concerning the submission, there's not much that needs to be explained, except for the sketch at the bottom. Here Mind is getting married to someone that isn't the spiteful Dennim, and the goth boy happens to wait at her wedding. There's the context for you. As expected, it's a fully visualized setting I bothered to come up with, but not part of any written ending in particular.

This never fails to crack me up. If this were a series on tv he'd make an excellent side character.
