I always thought Japanese Jimmy would be "Shinichi"...maybe it's because I'm taking the fact that the portagonist from Detective Conan in the English dub was named Jimmy,and in the original Japanese,it was Shinichi.

Also, I know you already have the names set in stone for the character, but Marie is also a japanese name. It's kind of like an shortening/nickname for Mariko.
Although, I'm glad you chose Mami. It suits her better.
